Hi Kirsty – no problem – I’ve emailed our ambassadors and asked them to contact you directly if they feel they can help out – And also to let you know where they’re based….It’s great to hear that your dad has been inspired by you – it’s a fantastically brave step to take to admit to your problems, so well done you!Let me know how you get on?Kind

Hey Kirsty,no need to apologise for rambling its what I do all the time!I think I can help out a lot with this. My anorexia started seriously when I was 16 and in first year college. I didnt feel as intelligent as i had felt at school; I was getting bullied by my own friends; everyone else had, had boyfriends where as I hadn't. Anorexia became the one thing I was in control of and felt good at.
My mam also suffered from anorexia in the 70s but not as a severe level as mine.
I like your plan as size zero has nothing to do with eating disorders at all! i wanted to disappear not be thin.
Thanks Rachel Cowey
